Billy serves as an Associate Realtor with Real Estate Teams, LLC. He provides General Brokerage services for Commercial Sales and Leasing, Farms & Land, and can be hired as a Consultant.

Billy’s volunteer leadership service to the community includes his role as Vice-Chairman of the Republican Central Committee, Frederick City Planning Commissioner, Catoctin Charities Board Member, Chairman of the YMCA Events Committee, & Chairman of the Real Estate Teams, LLC Executive Committee.

He was formerly the Chairman of the Frederick County Board of Appeals, President of Habitat for Humanity, and was named Sales Representative of the Year by both the Frederick County Builder’s Association and Ryan Homes.
